Great place!

We stayed here for Christmas 2020. The house was great. Everything we needed was there. We had a great time and enjoyed the partial views of sunrise and sunset.

Great location!

House had plenty of room and the layout was nicely setup. Had pretty much all the kitchen items needed to make meals. Beds were comfy. The house does need a major refresh, carpets were a disaster, decks are really iffy, etc. Overall it’s a good house.

Property Condition

Upon arrival we noticed the lower bunk bed was broken. Upon inspection, there was a plastic jar that had been holding the bed up, it had collapsed. There was trash also under the bed. The grill was a park size grill (way to small for # of people) that was also broken and not useable. The queen size bedroom had black mold behind the headboard. We have used VRBO many times. Never an issue until now. Left a bad taste in our mouth about using Surf and Sound again.

Easy checkin and checkout. Would rent again. Cleaners need to di a better job if getting rid if the urine smell in the first floor
