New for 2024: Three of the home's bedrooms are being updated with new beds. The queen master will now feature a king bed. Two bedrooms, the room with two singles and the room with the double bed are being converted to queen bedrooms. New gas grill, this home now features two grilling options for the group chef! Three of the TVs have been mounted and are now featuring Silicon Travel services. Lounge on new Adirondack captain chairs on the deck. New refrigerator.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
