「Excellent」

「I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late...

「My family and I, along with some friends visited Aruba for a 2nd time and loved it. For our stay at Divi Phoenix, the resort is beautiful overall. However, I was disappointed with the constant beeping in my room my entire stay. Made it hard to sleep. No clue what it was but I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the beds are very, very firm. The sofa bed, you can feel the springs but for kids, its okay for a quick stay. The location is great, the staff is friendly and we...

「We only had breskfast twice as we went off-site to Eduardo's for acai bowls. But the breakfasts we did have were very good - eggs, avocado toast and fresh fruit. We generally eat light in the mornings so this breakfast is excellent on your travel day home to fill up. The wait staff are very efficient and friendly. No spa treatments so i cannot comment.」

「Despite wanting to have turn down services, they never did it. We asked numerous times and never received it. They left us the same towels and sheets for 6 days. We also paid for “all inclusive”, but there are caveats. Room service is extra. At the restaurants, they do not allow you to take your leftovers or dessert back with you. My room key didn’t work once to get into the gym. I even had them remake keys. After the 1st day, they just told me to ask someone that was already in there to open...

「The highlight of this hotel is its location and beautiful beach. The property is older and they do their best to maintain it, but the rooms are in need of updates, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel could be improved.」

「Pool was great, only down fall is that security didn't allow the kids to have floats that we brought. I didn't think the staff was overly friendly and for the price paid i feel like there should have been more complimentary activities for the kids. Other resorts offer much more for kids.」

「Very nice place, the dogs make it better. Super clean, we also had a pool which was amazing. Rent a car if you want to stay here since it’s far from activities by walk, but it’s perfectly placed with half way between the Noord and Sam Nicolas.」
