“Clean, well-maintained, quiet, good location. Bed was large but uncomfortable with plastic covering on the mattress under sheet that made noise with every move. Staff member was very nice and helpful over the phone, but no staff members were available in person for late check-in (approximately 9:30pm). Also, no staff members were available at check-out (approximately 10am). ”

“This was our first stay at an Extended Stay and probably our last. The hotel has no amenities. Nothing in the kitchen. No plates, forks, knives, nothing. No warm breakfast. Get that at even the cheap hotels.”

“Despite speaking with the staff the day prior to my arrival to confirm our reservation, we showed up and were told (1) we were at the wrong hotel which was not the case, (2) then told they didn't have our reservation and were fully booked, (3) then were told it was because we used Expedia rather than booked directly, (4) then were told it was because we didn't check-in through the mobile app. It was a complete disaster. During this experience at the front desk, we also overheard their phone……

“The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.”

“This hotel is a total joke! I had a reservation. I arrived and was intially told that they were "overbooked". I asked where they were going to get me a room at another hotel. I was told they were not going to because it was "not their fault" but a "glitch in their system". My opinion: If it was their system which had a "glitch", then they are responsible for it! Anyway, front desk staff, while pleasant, was no help at all. There was no attempt to notify me of the "overbooking glitch" before I……
