“Very nice, well taken care of. Comfortable bed abd spacious room, shower was large and had a great shower head. Had a great choice of breakfast foofs to choose from. Will use Comfort Inn & Suites again.”

“Hotel was okay, clean and in good conditions. We were there for a bmw performance center event, short stay, so hotel was perfect for it.”

“Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.”

“The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.”

“had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Suites Greenville Airport. My flight was delayed, so I arrived around 1:30 a.m. After waking up and getting ready for my niece’s graduation, I discovered a dirty washcloth in the bathroom with hair and what appeared to be feces on it. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the employee apologized and promised me a clean room later that day once rooms became available. When I returned that evening around 9:30 p.m., another employee named……

“My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. ”

“The chair in the room was broken. However, they did replace it.”

“Room was clean and spacious. All kitchen utensils must be supplied by customer. Laundry room was large with multiple washer and dryer’s. Staff were helpful and friendly. Now here are my complaints, fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Other rooms were very loud during the middle of the night. I had multiple rooms playing loud music all through the night. Hotel is worth the price but some of the customers made it hard me to enjoy.”

“Did not enjoy the already prepared egg options. Most everything else was okay. It would be better with freshly made scrambled eggs ”
