「The hotel is very well located respect the railway station and it’s a very well designed with all the amenities, such as gym, swimming pool, the only black spot is the accuracy for cleaning. Fingerprints on the mirror and the shower cabin and other minor details. Staff at the reception and at the bar very kind and customer oriented」

「Check-in isn't user-friendly. You have no idea how to check-in if you don't check the email. The door lock isn't stable. Sometimes you need to try several times to get in. The light of shared bathroom just turns off even if you are taking shower inside.」

「The property is very conveniently located to allow great access to all the Cambridge sights. The room was lovely and well-appointed with teas, coffee and even hot chocolate. The property is beautiful and allows for great walks in their green space. The staff were definitely helpful though sometimes with a slightly detached attitude. That is the only criticism I would have. 」

「I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!」
