“I booked a single room with private bathroom. However, it does not locate in the room. I needed to go outside every time I used the closet and even I washed my hands. It’s not what I want for privacy and convenience although I was the only one who kept the bathroom key!”

“Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms……

“A warm welcome after a long drive from Jane/Owner. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the shower was instantly warm! The owners were lovely, very friendly, attentive and accommodating. My daughter and I were going out very early one morning and thought we would miss breakfast so Sean/owner made us bacon sandwiches and put cartons of juice in the fridge to take with us! The breakfasts were tasty too, full english and poached eggs on toast. We were greeted each morning by the owners two……

Our Room was cleaning and comfortable with a nespresso machine, premium teabags and fresh milk available from a fridge in the landing were welcome additions. The pub felt warm and cosy was festooned with lovely Christmas decorations. I thoroughly recommend the Crown & Punchbowl when visiting Cambridge, especially as a half hourly bus service into Cambridge stops just across the……

“The Kings suite was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was useful, as was the separate seating area. The bath in the bedroom was a delight. The candles in the room were a nice touch. The decor was classy. Overall we loved our stay. Thank you”

“Imagine you’re an adventurer in an RPG video game. This is the inn. Exactly what I wanted. It’s cozy and warm. BTW parking is in the back , you have to drive around the block and take that one way street Angels cafe is on. ”
