"There was an incident where one of the cleaning staff knock on my door, upon answering she asked if i needed anything, i told her if she could come back in an hour's time which she responded no cos the cleaning staff closes in an hour's time. I told her i only needed my garbage emptied, she told me she was coming, i waited for almost an hour and decided to check whether she was out there. I unfortunately left my tap/key inside and locked myself out oy the room.
She shouldn't have knocked if she wasn't ready. It created a huge inconvenience for me as i had to go downstairs to the reception half naked for a new key. Other than that this hotel deserves 5 🌟. "
