“A superior spacious condo property on the 7th floor with a spectacular balcony from which to enjoy coffee with a view each morning. Right on the beach and several inviting swimming pools as well. Gate-guarded property requires provided wrist bands for ID. Well-appointed full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of towels, TV, and excellent internet. Parking space provided on site for our rental car. Our host, Maria, was very communicative, helpful and made sure we had……

“The host (Maura) was very attentive and accommodating. I suggested the addition of a kettle in the kitchen and she immediately offered to send one over. Cleanliness was very good, but with a bit of room for improvement (interior of microwave that I scrubbed myself). Its a beautiful property with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. I would be willing to stay there again. ”

“Our host Marichela was excellent. She provided us with all the information we needed and answered our texted questions quickly. The amenities in the condo were excellent with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and a TV which allowed us to use our Netflix and Prime video accounts.”

“Seamless airport pick up, check in and communication. Nicely appointed large condo with lots of shade and deck infinity pool. Nice golf cart for use. While you will have “access” to all of the beach clubs, they will charge you quite a hefty day use fee. Cautionary tale for those traveling to the area for the surf. The entire coastline has been privatized, and you cannot simply walk to any of the surf breaks. You can access El Faro from Sufi, the only place you wont have to pay to access. Long……

“Second time staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone spending time in Punta Mita. It comes with all the amenities you could ask for, is very clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a bonus with 4 girls. ”

“This was our third time to Punta de Mita and our first stay at this property. Wonderful location overlooking Stinky’s surf break which my brother, sister and I enjoyed longboarding throughout the week. The surf was fairly small but fun nevertheless. The property was clean and spacious. A few small issues such as one of the TVs not working and kitchen could have a few more cookware but overall we’re pleased with the furnishings. Walking distance to many restaurants and taco stands. Easy parking……

The best part was the amazing concierge Eli who was so helpful with everything from finding the charger for the remote control to booking spa appointments. Great location, great property, great service. We can't wait to go back!!”

“This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. ”
