「The view from this condo is amazing, gorgeous pool area then the ocean couldn’t get much better. The location is great as it is within easy walking distance to Bucerias and all the great restaurants. Also an easy walk to the grocery stores. The host was great at helping out if you have any questions. 」

「Perfect location for visiting the area. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. Condo is exactly as stated. Pool is great. Secure site. Beds super comfortable. Super clean, great A/C. Beautiful balcony and view. Get the massage at the place on the beach to the right!! The only thing that was a little meh was the water pressure but that is to be expected considering. So 100% recommend this condo! Go to pizza de punta! Do not miss it.」

「STAY AWAY!! NIGHTMARE! I went with my daughters and once we were settled into the unit we were told that the owner was not in good financial standing and that our utilities would be turned off!! We had to urgently move to another unit and were lucky to find one.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Patricia’s home, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a large patio which was great for our morning coffee. The condo is walking distance to quite a few restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Patricia was always very quick to answer our questions when needed. We definitely want to return. 」

「We spent 2 nights here, Tony and Maria were amazing. Tony got us our golf cart dropped off right downstairs at our front door. Had plenty of recommendations of where to eat. Anything we needed he had us covered. Thank you so much. The property was flawless, great shower and bathroom. Ac was super cold. Beds were comfy. We will be back with even more family. Thank you !」

「It was a wonderful location with plenty of room for our family of 7. It was right on the beach with a beautiful view and a small, but adequate pool. The kitchen and dining room were sufficiently equipped, but of marginal quality. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We had a great time and our whole family enjoyed it!」
