「I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable...

「Easy check in. Very clean property. Absolutely beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from balcony and inside the unit. Quick and easy communication with the owner. Will definitely stay here again and tell my friends and family. 」

「Very Nice Condo.Up on the 12th floor. The sunset was Beautiful. Comfortable bed. Very sweet to supply coffee although we did go a few times close by to a hidden little gem spot called Monociclo, adorable area where you can go outside and walk down a sitting area and enjoy your coffee listening to the sound waves, we did sit on the balcony of the Condo and did the same thing sooo relaxing. 2 minute drive from the condo. There was also a restaurant in they same little area but unfortunately did...

「Great spot right on the beach. Not super close to other condos or hotels. About 10 min from restaurants but pretty easy access. Great amenities. Secure property. 」

「Muy tranquilo y cómodo 」

「We have stayed at @ 5-6 places nearby and my wife said this was her favorite. The happier my wife is the more I get to visit this incredible spot. Love how this end unit faces the surf. Also the private garage is a perk compared to other units since the complex doesn't like wet wetsuits in the elevator. 」
