BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN ROSARITO (VILLA SERENA)

Welcome to our lovely Condo. A great place for family and friends to get away for a few days or weeks. Our newly fully furnished is a two story two bedroom condo with den and two baths. The first floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The second floor has master bedroom with queen bed and has a bath, the second room has a full and queen size bunk bed and the den has a futon bed. The condo is conveniently located in the playas of Rosarito just one block from the beach. It is minutes from downtown where you'll find great restaurants, bars, nightlife and other beach activities. In our complex you'll find a great pool area w/ jacuzzi and a coin operated laundry room. Villa Serena is a gated community with plenty of parking and 24 hour security.

El lugar no esta tan mal, pero no había suficientes cobijas, ni tuallas . Cuando pregunté por más tuallas me contestaron mal diciendo que no eran un hotel. No tienen aire condicionado. No ponen papel de baño, ni shampoo ni jabón ni nada, porque dicen que no son un hotel, ni tienen nadie para limpieza. Muy mala experiencia.

VRBO OVER CHARGE TAXES AND NOT CLARIFY

VRBO DID NOT CLARIFIED CHARGES. In quotation prior to payment taxes were deal as “taxes”, I claimed some double charging of some taxes and open claim case but proceeded with payment to keep reservation. After payment taxes are renamed as “touristic fee” and are not as detailed ad in quotation. My opened case VRBO only asked me to clarify with property owner and after insisting that VRBO is invoicing and charging and VRBO should clarify then VRBO closed my claim case.A second case was opened and kindly received courtesy answer unfortunately after applying wrong tax rate the only explanation is “by company policy” but taxes are not subject of company policies but legal and should not over charge taces and still asking legal reasons used to apply higher taxes. In summary it takes long to receive answers and several times reminding “i am waiting answer” then they procceed to answer even not clear answer. Still opened second claim case…

The condo is in a gated area and the security staff was really nice and helpful. The interior of the condo is clean and neat. We liked how quite it was by 9. Family friendly and close to Rosarito beach. Ralph was great and provided all the instructions and codes for an easy check in.

Lovely say, very safe

A gated community in good repair. A friendly helpful guard at the entrance. A quick walk to the beach. Quite spacious. Kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels & blankets. Full-size fridge. Fans in each bedroom. Lots of closet space. Only complaint is, too many stairs for one elder with mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay.

At first couldn’t find it because of Apple Maps but once contacted owner he gave me directions and was able to find it no problem. The place was perfect for us clean and stocked on what we needed for daily use everything was close by to have a good time I would recommend this place to anyone

Enjoyed our Stay close to town and beach!

Great location close to town and walking distance to beach. Lots of good places to eat locally. Taxi drivers always available at the location for convenience. Security was awesome and informative. We wish condo had more fans, shower head in master was terrible. Neighbors were overly sensitive with noise. We were watching a movie at 7p and we were told to lower volume. If you are with a group who likes to laugh, play board games, this my not be a place for you. But other then that the host Ralph was very informative condo was great.

Great getaway

Ralph's condo was very clean and comfortable. Security at the property was very helpful (especially when the wrong key was in the lockbox at 1AM!). The location is a great, quiet neighborhood but close enough to all the action in Rosarito Beach. We loved our stay!

AMAZING

Ralph’s home was Beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice. There’s definitely more than enough room. He provides towels and blankets. Ralph is very attentive if you need help with anything. Place is definitely not walking distance from papas and beer but a 5 minute cab. I would not suggest playing any music in the room neighbors are very sensitive to that!
