"Positives: This place had a cool laid back vibe. You felt like you were in a jungle in the courtyard. Resident cats were adorable. Hosts were generally welcoming. Nice places to lounge within property. Negatives: All the seating outdoors was filthy. Advertised as a king bed; it was a double. No safe in room for passports etc. The communal kitchen was not well stocked; there was only one fork for example. The first time towels were requested it took 40 minutes. Second time they never arrived. On...

"The property and location were amazing! We enjoyed the comfortable suite, charming furnishings, private patio with an ocean view, and the delicious breakfast each day. The location is ideal, just a few blocks from the malecon. We would definitely stay again. We also enjoying the two friendly cats. However, the check-in process was poor, as no one was there when we arrived and we could not get in off the street. We had provided an estimated arrival time (3 hour window) and no one had mentioned...
