Split-level NW Bakersfield Home with Outdoor Oasis

New Listing! Relax with the whole family at this newly remodeled split-level home in beautiful NW Bakersfield. We have lots of room for fun outdoors with our sparkling blue swimming pool, dining area with smart TV, propane and charcoal grills, loads of outdoor seating, fire pit, and privacy fence all around. Just a one block walk to an amazing park! Loads of amenities!! Your perfect home away from home.
The space
This house is set up to accommodate large families or work crews needing up to 4 bedrooms and up to 9 beds. Each bedroom comes equipped with its' own smart TV, linens, pillows, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed set. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed set. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. The upstairs living area has a sectional sofa and a 65" 4K HD smart TV. The downstairs living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a couple accent armchairs, and a 43" smart TV. The indoor dining table seats 6. The upstairs patio table seats 4. The outdoor dining table seats 6. The outdoor bar table seats 4. All dinnerware, glassware, cookware included in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies also included.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to our guests including the 3-car garage. There is also parking available in the driveway and the street directly in front of the house. This property can easily accommodate ~7 vehicles in garage, driveway, and directly in front of the house.
Other things to note
Each bedroom includes a TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Max, Paramount+, and Hulu. Nespresso pods are provided as a gift and more can be made available upon request. The house contains a full kitchen equipped with all the necessities, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc. It is set up to feel like your home away from home!

Pets are allowed under some circumstances. Host approval and an additional pet cleaning fee will be required prior to booking so please send inquiry before booking.

Just ~1 mile East on Hwy 58 you will find the Rosedale Commons strip mall area which includes a few grocery stores and gas stations, a multitude of fast food and sit down restaurants, a few bars, a dine in movie theatre, and much more.

Nice house for a family stay

House was fairly clean - some trash left behind by previous occupants is my guess (under bed and side of couch). But otherwise clean. No welcome information left but owner was super responsive to answer questions via VRBO app. Good location.

As a group of 13, this property worked perfectly! Plenty of sleeping space as well as gathering space. The pool was a hit! We used Bakersfield as our home base for the week, traveling to the National Parks , the ocean and Disneyland. This house was centrally located to any direction we were heading. Jonathon was very helpful and quick to respond to communications! I would highly recommend this home.
