"From the moment arriving, service was excellent, proactive, beyond expectations. Arriving in a taxi, bags are quickly set aside & taken to our room. Check in was seamless & easy. One Harbour Road restaurant is outstanding, with a super knowledgeable sommelier. The concierge helped us with getting activities scheduled, and making recommendations. The room was comfortable, high enough to have a wonderful view of the Harbor. I will be staying here next visit to Hong Kong!"

"The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were superb. This will be our hotel of choice during any further Hong Kong vacations."

"Room was spotless. Breakfast Buffet has lots of variety. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the nearby MTR station at Shek Mun but you can always take the hotel's shuttle bus that will take you to their sister hotel, Royal Park located at the Shatin City Center which is close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Health Club on 28th floor and token operated laundry on the Third Floor is very convenient."

The location in Wan Chai is incredibly convenient — easy access to transportation makes getting around Hong Kong effortless. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and having daily amenities close by made everything so comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself feels welcoming and well-run, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. Highly recommend!"
