“Ripped couch, broken arm chair, ripped decor pillows, stains on comforter, bedding that didn’t smell fresh, remnants of party decor from last renter, washer and dryer rusty, broken and rusted bathroom hardware, exposed electrical. Avari Management was NOT helpful and could have put us in another one of their locations for the same price point but refused to help us. This unit needs a MAJOR facelift!
