「Only one working elevator made things inconvenient when several people had to wait each time. House cleaning available on request only. It was ok for a place to stay but the price I paid I was disappointed in the quality of things like the shower handle moved by its self so we got scortched and the in room refrigerator stopped working for several hours it had very thin blankets and sheets. 「Very kind and professional staff. Clean room. Ocean view room and nice beach. Only one small thing i have considered me. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. 「The room wasn’t the cleanest. Questioned if it was even cleaned properly- there was dust everywhere and some of the lights didn’t even work… The shower was dirty.. the comforter had stains on it.. breakfast was cold. Elevator wasn’t working properly shook when we got to the floor we were staying on. Walking down to breakfast, two roaches were in the stairwell… would not recommend staying here. Parking and check in/out was easy.」

「We loved the resort. The pools were clean and the beach access was close and easy to enjoy. The food choices were good. The rooms were nice. The only draw back was you really needed a car or uber to get to any other dining options or other attractions.」

「I loved the front desk clerk Jessica ,she was very nice and helpful. The only problem i had with the property was they don't come clean your room daily or give out towels.You have to empty your own trash and ask for clean towels, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tub was clogged when I got there but they sent a maintenance man the next morning to resolve the issue.」
