“I didn’t like anything about the room or my experience. I will never stay there again or refer anyone to stay there, matter a fact I will tell them not to stay there. There was only one elevator working and we had to take the stairs on more than one occasion, because of the wait on the elevator. They acted like they didn’t like it because we went through another way of getting our reservation than through them. So we were charged for everything extra that they could charge for.”

“The only downfall was the moisture in the air which made the floors feel wet make sure have flip flops are shoes to put on when wake up”

“Right on the beach with beautiful white sand. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is generous. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very kind and professional staff. Clean room. Ocean view room and nice beach. Only one small thing i have considered me. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. Other than everything was excellent 👍.”

“Didn't like that drinks were charged to my room after the bartender said she couldn’t find my tab and I was told to pay cash for it. I paid and still see it on my statement and charged my credit card.”

“Why is there no elevator in a hotel? If there is no elevator guest should be asked if they wanted second floor with no elevator access.”

“Our first but definitely won’t be out last! It’s a must stay! Very Convenient for beach access (which sold us) all restaurants, shopping access. Pool was enjoyable, breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay!”

“The location and staff were great. The rooms needs to be updated, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. Room layout was perfect.”

“I paid almost $900 for two nights. Friday-Sunday. $40 charge on hold I get that. But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. I’m not sure if the drink machine malfunctioned but the floor was wet with no sign saying “wet floor”. Worker almost busted his butt coming out of the kitchen. Available to eat was waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, and bagel. The……

“We loved the resort. The pools were clean and the beach access was close and easy to enjoy. The food choices were good. The rooms were nice. The only draw back was you really needed a car or uber to get to any other dining options or other attractions.”

“I loved the front desk clerk Jessica ,she was very nice and helpful. The only problem i had with the property was they don't come clean your room daily or give out towels.You have to empty your own trash and ask for clean towels, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tub was clogged when I got there but they sent a maintenance man the next morning to resolve the issue.”
