「It's in a rural spot off the highway but great location for what we wanted. We visited Franklin gem mines, Cherokee, and Bryson City all within a short drive. The house was clean minus a few dust bunnies. It definitely has some wear and tear but for the cost and location I have no complaints. My only negative which I'm not sure if the home owner can even control is that the tap water smelled horrible. Bring your own drinking water. 」

「Cleanliness looks okay, but there are some other issues. Such as; double doors to screen porch and swimming pool do not locked, screen porch handle to deck is damaged, dead bugs in upstairs bedroom, missing lamp bulb in bedroom, broken glass soap holder in one of the bathrooms, etc.」

「Cashiers Cottage is a clean, comfortable and well-appointed resting place in the heart of town. It was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy the area a few days before picking up our daughters from an area overnight camp, and it was spacious enough to accommodate 4 of us for the two nights we were all together there.
