“Lovely little cottage in Trawden. Had a little trouble finding it as Google maps has it on the left side of the round as you come down the hill but it's on the right but other than that everything else was spot on. Went to the Trawden Arms in the village for a couple of drinks Saturday early evening. Friendly welcoming staff & there were quite a few people in having a drink so a good atmosphere. We didn't eat there but a lot of tables were reserved for dinning so I'm assuming it's a good place……

“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The location is perfect, sitting right on the local canal in a very picturesque village. The local church bells add such a lovely, traditional touch to the stay. We also spent some time at The White Lion pub, which we’d definitely recommend to other travelers. A very peaceful and authentic experience.”

“As a family we were exploring the area and this was a great location very close to the train and a grocery store. Walking distance to many areas. Owner was very helpful to us.”

“Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. Highly recommend using this host and also their property. Thanks for a great stay ”

“Great stay for one night decent apartment comfortable worth the money”

“Small but cosy. Excellent location in beautiful area with direct access to hiking routes. Friendly folks, convenient parking, dogs can freely play and swim right next door. No airco or stove/hub. Loads of peace and quite, but occassionally noisy motorcycles on the road in front. Great stay for hiking couples!”

“A great little find in a beautiful place. Everything there that you need. Wish we could of stayed more than 1 night.”

“Charming 3-level cottage with very cosy tv-lounge on lowest level. Street-level entry is to the kitchen area and main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Freshly decorated and clean. Bigger cars will struggle navigating the tiny lanes to park outside the property; that said, a rather large builder's van working across the road had no trouble. Overall, very good.”

“Had a lovely time at April Cottage in Settle”

“Great place to stay, very large garden great for the dogs… thank you very much…”

“We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party. In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly . The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner .……

“A beautiful cottage in a very interesting, historical village surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s was very clean and modern with everything we needed. The back garden was a little oasis of calm planted up with some lovely shrubs, flowers and lavender along the path. The steps in the garden were quite steep but well worth the effort to get to the top. Our little dog loved the area and enjoyed the treats that were left for her in the cottage. The private parking spot across the road was much……
