We arrived at the condo and it has not been cleaned. I guess the cleaning staff had a hard time catching up. We left and got back at the evening to leave them some room for cleaning. Even after they came to clean, the tile floor remained sticky. Towels and bedsheets were missing too (only four sets out of 5). We had to call Vacassa again and next day they dropped off a plastic bag with few bedsheets and towels in front of the door. Besides the mentioned above, we've noticed that, in general, the condo needed a deep cleaning. Dust was very, very obvious in places that are very visible. Bottom of oven was just as dirty as it could get. Washing machine was full of dust. Opening the lid of the washing machine made you don't want to use it. We did not use it for that purpose. It would be nice to have at least one hair dryer available at the location. Vacasa staff was really responsive but obviously the cleaning company was not the best one they could have hired or there is a shortage of people. We don't know that. Also, Vacasa needs to make sure that little things are available, i.e. hair dryer, baking pan etc. Price was the best of all other companies online, therefore it was worth it.
