The worst experience I've had renting a room…!The place is unsafe, the floor tiles are loose.The place is super hot, AC don't works, I reported every day of my 3 days stay but the issue wasn’t solved .Laundry machine does not works. I requested a partial refund and they said that the AC was fine.
