The only issue that I have my reservation supposed to be going to have a balcony. And the room it doesn't look like anything like the picture. They look similar but the room we got have a very orange colors disturb it for me the one on the picture they're white and the bedding it was why with light green. Overall good location, beautiful views and beautiful pool.

Great location with underground parking!

Hotel is in a great location if you want to be centrally located. Easy walking everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean and looked just like the online photos. Bed was very firm and pillow were like rocks, which is my only real complaint. Linens were nice quality and in great condition.

Saturday, August 5... most of the people did not have the hotel bracelet on and were in an advanced state of drunkenness.. i think the hotel does not enforce the rules..it is a family hotel not a night club

The hotel has two different buildings so I had to cross the street to go to the pool. I didn’t like that. There was no restaurant or bar at the hotel so we had to leave the hotel to eat and drink. The rooms are outdated and the views were lacking….no ocean or pool view which sucks when your on vacation. Elevator only holds 3 people max so a lot of walking up and down the stairs. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Their air conditioning in the rooms worked great, and was much appreciated. Shops and restaurant are within walking distance.

esta comodo el hotel para estar en barra de navidad, el area de alberca es muy bonito, si tienen estacionamiento pero caben al menos unos 15 carros, si ya no hay espacio debes dejarlo en la calle,pero todo bien con el hotel
