「We were seriously disappointed in the accommodations this stay at the Quality Inn. We go to Midland every year at this time and usually stay here and it’s always been nicely kept and clean. This time upon checkin we were put in 101- the motel at the back of the property. The outdoor grounds were completely littered with cigarette butts and food garbage that had been ripped apart and a broken shopping cart upside down. 「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
