「Een superleuke ervaring en leuke rustige accommodatie. Jammer dat het bubbelbad het niet deed bij het centrale zwembad. Wel absoluut een leuke omgeving met een klein eettentje: Loobies. Zeer de moeite waard. Ook de lokale supermarkt alleen al is een genot om te winkelen. De pharmacy kun je niet overslaan, hier hebben ze alles wat je nodig hebt aan verzorgingsproducten. En de mensen zijn allemaal supervriendelijk. Kortom een ware reclame voor dit land!」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「Property was in the north end of town and situated on the main street of Midland, which meant a straight drive to the dock. Hotel at night was quiet and comfortable. No restaurant on this property which I thought there was which I was disappointed since it was a conference based hotel. Breakfast was the standard of which hotels provide and was ok. Staff were in creditable, friendly, helpful and asked if they help with anything. Parking good.」

「I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Expedia, but the room I received is significantly different from what was advertised. The room appears much older and does not reflect the quality shown in the listing. I immediately spoke with the concierge, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. After driving a long distance, I had no practical choice but to stay infact my problem is only with the room the...

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean room along with the amenities provided ...coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, A/C, and comfortable bed. The location is excellent being steps away from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. A good place to stay that is fairly priced.」

「I was in a car accident otw to the hotel. When I couldn't get there as a result, they refused to refund my money. I called right away..they had time to rent it to someone else...but they refused.」

「Room door wouldn’t open after many tries. Then the hotel receptionist also had trouble and she said the lock was old. Eventually, it opened. Tap in bathroom sink needed 2 hands to open. Very tight to turn. Toilet kept running for about 25 minutes after each flush, therefore could not flush each time, especially at night. The back door to the hotel had no lock at all so anyone could come in and go right into the reception area or else go right upstairs to the 2 nd floor. Very unsafe for everyone....
