Beautiful location!

Beautiful location and very clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Good rental for quiet groups. It’s is in a well locked off portion of the homeowners home. They gave us all the privacy we needed. Would rent this space again!

Lovely spot

Rented this property to recover after surgery. Cozy, comfortable, good pillows, and no stairs, it was the perfect place to rest. WIFI excellent to work remotely. Full size appliances, the kitchen is small but worked just fine for us. Quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting. The hosts had everything fully stocked and communicated well with us. Everything is brand new- the beds, the appliances, dishes, etc. Very relaxing!

Wonderful accommodations

I'm very happy that we found such a nice place to stay when we visited IL to see family. The unit was just perfect for our stay. Clean & cozy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed & more. We could tell that alot of thought was put into decorating & making our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here & plan on staying here again when I visit. The owners, made us feel so welcome & it was so fun getting to know them over coffee & tea, sitting out in their beautiful yard. The golden retriever, Nelly, was a sweetheart & we looked forward to her greetings throughout the day :). If you choose to stay here when u visit, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay!

The property was clean and comfortable, though the living/dining area and bedrooms are small. Our children loved the toys provided, and the high chair and Pack & Play were great to have. Our kids loved wandering around the yard and playing with the outdoor toys that the owner provided as well. The location was relatively convenient to get to stores/restaurants, and we were able to order food delivery as well. The home owners were very friendly and helpful!

everything was great except for a minor hiccup when we tried to check-in. The code to open the door was not updated and we had to call the property manager to help us get in. It took about 30 minutes until we were able to get into the property. Other than that we were very pleased w/ our stay.

Everything you need!

Clean, thoughtful, peaceful - this is easily the best rental property I've ever stayed in. I needed a place to stay while my home was under renovation. I wanted some place suitable for my daughter and I to be able to cook, sleep and relax and this place over-delivered. Everything from a crock pot, to plenty of silverware and utensils to keurig coffee k-cups with creamer -- to toiletries and clean towels, this place made a stressful time for us feel like we had another home to go back to. It did not feel worn like many properties do, the beds were comfortable, there were plugs on the bedside tables - so many wonderful things. I was initially concerned about this being attached to the owner's property but I could not near them and was never disturbed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Thank you so much to the owners for maintaining such a wonderful property and for hosting us.

Beautiful neighborhood, very friendly and kind owners who pulled out toys for our kids and let them run around and enjoy the 5-acre property, clean with a great washer and dryer and a well-stocked kitchen as well as very comfortable beds.

The most perfect stay

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I stayed with my dad (both adults) on a trip to see the many members of his side of the family who all live in different suburbs around Chicago. Somehow, this property was always 30 minutes or less from where we needed to go. The location could not have been better in that respect, and there are a lot of beautiful walking trails in the area we were able to make use of. The space itself was perfect for my dad and me. We each got our own bedrooms, had space to hang and watch TV in the living room, and had everything we need for cooking and reheating food. My dad also forgot to bring shampoo, and there were plenty of little toiletries available in the bathroom, so we were never wanting for anything. Finally, the owners were the absolute sweetest people. We got to chat with them a couple of times as we were walking through the beautiful yard on sunny days. Thank you so much for letting us stay at this property—it really made our trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The fancy house

My children age 2 and 4 refer to the property as the fancy house. They said it was more fancy than a hotel. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The space is a wing of the house. It is cozy and modern. They thought of everything, including beach towels for when we went to the YMCA to swim. It has it's own entrance into the kitchen/living room area with a keyless entrance. The property is beautiful and well maintained. There are lots of areas to walk, look at flowers, and sit down. There are houses along the road that have cows and horses. We were greeted by the owners and their friendly lab, Nellie. Diane used to own a daycare. They provided a pack and play, and brought over some inside toys. My 2 year old "discovered" a wagon behind a tree and had a wonderful afternoon playing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Relaxing country cottage feel.

Country cottage feel. Very clean. Supplied with everything we needed for our stay. TV/WiFi with every streaming choice you could ask for. Conveniently located so we could go by a nearby family event. Owners lived on property so if you needed anything, they were readily available. If back in the area, we will stay again.

Relaxing weekend!

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at this property. It had everything we needed to make delicious meals and relax. The beds were comfy and everything was spotless. Can't wait to stay again! The coffee maker wasn't working, but the espresso machine was a nice backup. I have every expectation that coffee maker situation will be rectified before the next guest.
