“The receptionist spoke no English.
The room had no safe.
A cockroach was in the room.
There was no “Tranquility” at Freedom Beach. Not anything near what was expected. The only quiet time is after 20:00 hours when the crowds which start arriving at 9:00, have gone home. Disappointed. The bathroom was so poor, I couldn’t take a shower or sit on the toilet. ”

“The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the room was not what we booked or paid for. After traveling for over 17 hours, our room was not ready upon arrival and was still dirty. We specifically reserved a balcony room, but the room we were given did not have a balcony. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was only available between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which was very uncomfortable.”
