"Very unsafe area for tourist! Do not come to this hotel unless you're prepared to get ripped off by every individual at the hotel and all along the beach. The couches were coverd in mold, the lights only worked between 6pm and 6am. The water was not working and no AC in the room. I stayed one night and left as soon as I could, I requested a refund but was met by rude responses from the staff even after listing all of the issues. Ill be posting the pictures and videos shortly on other social...

"The property is old but up to date. It has more than sufficient number of well trained, courteous staff. Its facilities are huge by Cartagena standards. The food is excellent. My only observation is that due to the relatively cheap accommodations price the guests aren't exactly the classiest. If you know what I mean."

"I love this hotel! Cute rooftop, cute café in the first floor, right near the beach and downtown. Staff is always friendly, from Caroline to Ibana, good people. One thing, i highly recommend the larger apartments with the kitchen, a little more expensive but well worth the space. But take it easy, i need to come back and make sure there's a room available! 🙂"
