We’ve stayed here more than once and it’s always a great experience. Cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway—the hot tub is a favorite every time. The location is ideal too—just a quick drive to Bryce for skiing, plus easy access to the Lake Laura trail and nearby restaurants and a convenience store. The hosts are responsive and make everything simple from booking to check-in. We’ll definitely be back again.

We absolutely love this Basye getaway—it’s become a favorite for our family and we’ve stayed multiple times now. The home is incredibly cozy, thoughtfully set up, and just feels easy the moment you walk in. Our kids always settle right in, and the hot tub is a highlight every single stay—especially after a day outside.The location is hard to beat. It’s a quick 5-minute (or less) drive to Bryce Resort, which is usually what brings us here for skiing, and being able to get there so easily makes a huge difference. The neighborhood also connects right to the Lake Laura trail, which is such a bonus for walks and exploring. Even better, you’re on the same side as a couple of restaurants and the convenience store, so if you forget anything or don’t feel like cooking, it’s an easy, quick trip.The hosts are fantastic—responsive, kind, and they make everything from booking to check-in completely seamless. We keep coming back for a reason, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.
