“Cozy cabin overlooking the river, had everything we needed and wanted! Very clean and well maintained. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower, fire pit, and listening to the river and birds in the morning. Plenty of games and movies provided for rainy days, as well as a stocked bookcase to borrow from for reading in the nook upstairs or on the porch. Walk down to the river was a bit steep and rocky, but manageable and well worth it! Nice little sandy area for sand toys / chairs, and plenty of large……

“Very happy with our stay. It was clean, private and true to the pics. I highly recommend!!!”

“Wonderful view and so relaxing!! We loved having the hot tub to relax in every evening. Very private, quiet and nice location. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.”

“The house was so clean and comfortable! The privacy was wonderful, too. We heard an owl every evening and every morning. The little store down the road was very convenient and their homemade food was delicious. We will be coming back for another peaceful getaway.”

“The property was fantastic - everything was exactly as it was stated in the listing/pictures! The hot tub was perfect, and the property is comfortably secluded without making you feel isolated. I’m already looking forward to returning in the near future!”

“We had a great weekend experience here! The house was clean and warm, and there was more than enough space for a large group. We especially loved the fire pit and the karaoke machine. I would absolutely come back again.”

“Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.”
