“The flat was spotless!!! The owners were just great! Super helpful and communicable! The location of the flat could not be better! It is right in the heart of the city! We had a car, but basically we did not need to use it; we walked everywhere. The flat itself was nust great; super clean, had everything one can need during the stay. “Incredible location and wonderful place to stay in Bath. The unit was quiet and comfortable, the window is small, but the view is perfect. Be aware that you have to walk up a flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go all the way up, but other than taking the suitcases up it wasn't an issue. Across the street from the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. An easy walk from the train station. We loved it!”

"The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bath."
