Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. 「Great position. Great vibe. You’re metres from an amazing eat street and 15 minutes walk from the old city. Breakfast was fine, no hot options. The downstairs room smelled weird, a strange cementy, catch in the back of your throat sort of thing. We asked for deodoriser, nothing came.」

「We had a great stay in the heart of Tours. The hotel is well located, surrounded by bars, restaurants and a Carrefour Express for shopping. We loved the style of the hotel and found the bed very comfy. The bathroom was very modern and everywhere was very clean. The staff were very friendly and had good tips and advice for us.
