Brand new home situated on acreage with a pond overlooking the San Juan Mountains at the beginning of the Weminuche Wilderness. This 2 story comfortable home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor has an open floorplan with full kitchen, dining and large living space. There is air condition and heating throughout the home. Upstairs has a king bed and full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has queen bed and a separate full bathroom. In addition to a large utility/mud room with washer and dryer. A great outdoor covered patio with views of the pond and mountains. Plenty or room to walk, play and take all kinds photos. You will enjoy this home and all the views!
