「Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. 」

「The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.」

「Good location, easy to find & lots of street parking. The property itself was beautiful with fruit trees and outdoor seating. Inside was decorated nicely and the layout made good use of smaller size. The flight path was not bothersome to us. The renters upstairs were heavy footed and kids running back and forth but no fault of rental unit owner. Nearby Olive Tree Market has amazing sandwiches. Lots to walk to and shop at near by!」
