“The location was great. A short walk to the beach and at the south point of Mission Beach it's a quiet area. There is a great view of the bay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Any questions were answered right away by phone and text. We were able to walk to Belmont Park within 20 minutes. ”

“I kind of want to keep this place to myself but then that wouldn’t be fair! Great location. I love that it has parking in a garage. Wonderful accommodations. The king size bed is glorious. We were in San Diego when an earthquake happened and Ignat called and checked on us. Check in and check out process seamless and smooth. We can’t wait to return!”

“The apartment was in a safe neighborhood about a 30 minute walk to University Heights and just a short drive to Hillcrest or downtown SD. Pictures represent it well-- it was very cute and the perfect landing place from our daily adventures. I loved that the kitchen included a blender. The master BR doesn't get as much cool air circulation as the rest of the apartment, but leaving the door open helped and the owner has also provided a fan you can take advantage of. Really nice to have……

“There was plenty of room to roam. A lot of money for just two nights but overall had a good time. For the price, a heated pool should be considered included with rental and not ale cart. Not the owners fault, we just had bad weather for a May trip to San Diego. ”
