“The studio was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The only thing that I will say is that the pictures advertised show both the main home and the studio, so it is misleading as to what amenities are available in your own space. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the owner was very prompt to respond to the few questions that I had.”

“We had a great time in Ocean Beach. Location of the house is great. It's close to the freeway and a bunch of restaurants within a couple blocks. The home is very comfortable with 2 king beds and both bedrooms are on-suite. Kitchen is huge and well stocked as well as everything you need for morning coffee. The house has laundry access which is shared by the tenant on the property in back but it was never a problem. The private patio is very comfortable and we spent a fair amount of time out there……

“I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and……

“Whitney was very accommodating and helped sort out an early check in arrangement that worked for our early flights. The house was very clean and even though we ran low on toilet paper, she got it delivered the same day. The location was super walkable to the beach and multiple coffee shops and restaurants. WiFi was fast and the front fire pit area was a nice addition. We didn’t anticipate how loud the early morning flights out of San Diego would be, but it was quite loud in the house and it……

“The view was absolutely stunning! Parking was easy and safe! We parked in the street due to the size of the vehicle we rented would not fit in the garage or the driveway but had no bearing on our stay! Safe parking across the street behind the unit ”
