The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and residential. It is such a unique and very special place. I will definately book the next stay in Santa Rosa, FL」

「Excellent convo by the beach! Beautiful views from the moment you walk thru the door! Clean space, comfy beds, variety of seating ops. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice to have washer & dryer. Communication system w property mgmt is excellent. Only real issue was spotty cell service, but that’s the case all over the area & not at all fault of property mgr/owner, but noting for potential remote workers as may be challenging. Again, this is not something that can be “fixed”, but may impact working...

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Hotel and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff - almost like part of the family! We're already planning a return trip to stay at the Pearl Hotel again later this year. 」

「Wonderful stay - we had the 1 BR suite with kitchen. Great layout, spacious (bathroom), clean, very comfy bed, stylish, new hotel with modern furniture of great quality! Overall very quiet, loved the free laundry. Only thing which wasn‘t super is the breakfast. They ran empty on most things 1 hr before breakfast time was over (eggs, waffle dough, cutlery). Staff wasn’t very much responsive with that. Not a lot to select from (variety). They could definitely do better and then it would be 5 stars...

「We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.」
