“Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

“We had a lovely spacious room which included a small sofa, so it was comfortable to return to in the evening and watch tv. The downside was the room was at the top of the building up two flights of stairs, so not good for people with limited mobility or heavy bags. The ensuite was very small but the shower was powerful and the towels of good quality. Just a 10 minute walk to centre of Harrogate and restaurants.”

“This has to be one of the best hotels in Newcastle, it was so clean and fairly quiet at night offering a good nights sleep, bed was comfy and absolutely HUGEEE, staff were lovely with easy check-in and the quayside (river) view from the window was lovely. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. ”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”
