「The place was very hollow you could hear every door slam you could hear conversations from other rooms. When we went into our place neither one of the or shall I say it three of the room phones? Did not work at all there's not a 24-hour staff to take late night calls people have questions or concerns or missing something from there room. there was some mold on top of the ceiling in the middle of the living room and room 18A! Did not get to experience the pool or hot tub just didn't have time...

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」
