「From the moment I entered, I was completely pleased. The front desk attendant was the friendliest and most helpful person. I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely mention her. She was definitely a wonderful person. Check in was fast and simple. We entered our room which was clean and comfortable however when we used the bathroom, we noticed a leak from the toilet. I addressed this with the front deck and was immediately offered another room of the same quality. Again...
