“福澤辦理入住手續的櫃台人員皆為年輕人，皆能用英語回答旅客的問題，就算不知道，也會循詢問旁邊的同事並立即回覆。入住之前櫃台會向房客介紹旅社的設施、馬德里的景點、旅社提供的套裝行程等等基本資訊，讓初次到馬德里的旅客可以迅速進入狀況。此外旅社也提供特定幾天付費的早餐和晚餐，櫃台人員也善於和旅客打成一片，營造歡愉清送的氣氛”

“The experience of living here is quite good. The hostel is close to Tribunal metro station and the shopping area of the city( around 5 minutes to the former and 10 to 20minutes walk for the latter). Staff were nice and helpful. However, Tribunal metro station are not fully accessible by elevators/escalators so people travel with big luggage should be aware of that.”

“The staff wss so friendly and helpful. There was an assortment of restaurants to chose from and you could walk to so many attractions from the hostel. You are in the very center of everything. The only complaint I had was that the delightful little street turned into a consistent roar of talking and laughing that lasted throughout the night. It was hard to sleep without ear plugs.... You will find them on the nightstand. ”

“the stuff is very nice. and provide hair dryer. room is small, walk around 10 mins to metro. There is no elevator in the metro station, u need to hand carry ur suitcase up and down metro.”

“This hotel has large suite so we stay there comfortably. The bathroom is large with separate room for toilet. The hotel has a large courtyard where there are nice plants. It is very close to metro subway, Diego de Leon so convenient. What I don’t like is that we can hear noise from next room people talking, also the shower design is bad for leaking out water easily so we were careful not to turning on water in large volume. Other than that, I really like the hotel. I will consider staying……

“Beautiful apartment and very convenient location. But the sofa bed had large brown stains and the sofa bed sheet also had large yellow stains. Had to get the house keeping to change the bed sheet before it is usable. The shower door should be fixed to stop water leak.”
