"The recently renovated hotel was much nicer than the last time I stayed at this hotel some years ago. "

"Great overnight stay for my sons birthday, we ordered take out & used the pool for hours"

"Our room was spacious and clean, the restaurant was excellent and the bar and terrace were perfect for relaxing when we returned to the hotel at the end of the day. Having said all of that, it was the staff who really stood out in this hotel, they were warm, friendly and helpful - it really makes a difference."

"Lovely quiet hotel. Definitely stay there again when in area."

"Second stay here, nice hotel, great breakfast "

"The hotel was clean and quiet, and very convenient with free parking and a lovely breakfast."

"Nicely air conditioned room, friendly staff and good breakfast."

"Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay."

"Great location. Walking distance from the city centre. Nice rooms and great staff."

"We stayed for two nights prior to renting a boat for a week on the broads. Central location, close to everything which was a huge plus since we did not have a car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
