The only highlight about this hotel is its breakfast. Staff are nice & really trying to help; however, their services are very limited & lack of training in providing standard customer service to match its 'international' title. Nobody really speaks English there. No real business centre. No non-smoking room. No iron, safe or mini bar. Carpet in the hotel rooms are full of stains. Last but not least, out of 12 taxi drivers only one knows where this hotel is.
for business: no desk at king size rooms?
In general: warning, there are windowless rooms.
Bad location for taxis and bad neigbourhood. However the hotel itself is quite nice.
When I arrived, there was not a room to fit the description of the one I booked, so I received a free upgrade for the first night to a beautiful suite. Although this meant the inconvenience of moving my things for the remaining two nights, the staff were very accommodating, holding my luggage when I headed to meetings in the morning, and bringing it to my room again when I returned. I did not use room service or eat in their dining room, so I can not speak to this. However, I will say that although the English proficiency of the staff was low overall, they did all they could to understand me, assist me, and make my stay comfortable. The carpet in the second room was not the cleanest, marked in some areas with stains, but it was clearly free of loose dirt. The shower, bath and bed were clean when I arrived and cleaned daily as well, with soft towels and nice bathroom amenities. It was close to the metro, about a 10 minute walk, and the neighborhood was relatively quiet at night. I would stay there again, and recommend it without hesitation.
hotel is located in an area with few taxis which can be problematic. helpful staff but very little english, can also be problematic. restaurants both 1st and 2nd floor are great. 2nd floor good value for money. room is clean. make sure they fix the Wifi for you.
