Denver Bell Tower Hotels

"Was told that my room would be ready in 20 min. Waited almost 45 to get it. Was told no public restroom after I had a registration. Told me it was down. Then after 5 minutes he unlocks the door to the restroom. I was told after i checked out then I would receive my 100 dollar deposit back. After 24 hours of being checked out I still have not received my deposit but know one answers the phone! DO NOT STAY HERE!! "

"3rd floor. Very quiet. Huge room. Breakfast is ok. Better than I expected. The property is a bit run down. Elevators are clunky. But we had no issues. No bad smells, good parking, and a great location."

"Hotel is nice and clean! The lobby, restaurant and bar area are all clean and feel new. The gym and pool are adequate for the hotel, nice with enough equipment and the pool was warm. The rooms are up to date, comfortable beds, and the showers are clean. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and a highway so it is easy to come and go. "

"Excellent room's, coffee in rooms poor, gym great, pool furniture needs attention. Reception team were excellent initially super attentive very welcoming lots hellos & good morning greeting this stopped half way through but overall good experience and I would recommend "
