「Great customer service,the room service ladies were very friendly, and nice. Everyone always greeted us whenever we saw them. I only had one major thing that happened which was ants in our fiest hotel. I reportwd it to the front desk and they were very responsive,and addressed the situation right away,and got us moved to a different room.
