Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room.

Property staff very nice and location of this hotel can't be beat! Such a great location! It would be nice if there was a lobby TV that ran all night for either early risers or late nighters that dont want to distub their rommates at those times. Bummer that only one elevator was working during our stay since it was long wait times to utilize and no stirway to use to get to rooms, so had to use slow single elevator.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Aloft North Denver I recently booked a three-night stay at the Aloft North Denver and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed that it had a general air of neglect. The carpets in both the room and the hallways were stained, giving a very unwelcoming impression. To make matters worse, our room had carpets that felt dirty, and the window blinds were also stained – it was hard to feel comfortable in such an environment. Additionally, the furniture in the room was ripped and worn out, which further added to the feeling of being in a rundown establishment. To top it all off, there was a strange odor permeating the hotel that made it even less inviting. While I must commend the maintenance man for his friendly demeanor and willingness to help, his efforts were no match for the overall condition of the property. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues and general disrepair couldn’t be addressed overnight. As a result, we decided not to stay for the last two nights of our reservation and opted to leave after just one night. As a Marriott-owned hotel, I expected much more in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Sadly, the service did not meet the standard I anticipated either. I do not recommend staying at this property, as there are likely better options available in the area. Save yourself the disappointment.

We arrived to a room that seemed that it hadn’t been cleaned. We arrived late so didn’t use the facilities before bed. In the morning, we found: -no shower gel in the shower -no Kleenex in the bathroom -no hand soap in the bathroom -no water pressure -no backup toilet paper with a half-used roll hanging in the bathroom We had to leave early for an event, so we took half ass showers with no soap in the moment. I promptly went down to the front desk and asked them to fix this before we returned. “Ok sir”, no apology or regret. We return at 11pm from our event. Housekeeping had never returned and our room was a mess with none of the above items replaced. Heading back to the front desk, the lovely & very capable Jasmine helped my daughter and I to find a shower gel container by going through the maid closet until she discovered one. She even closed the front desk to help us, and offered many apologies. She’s awesome - we have enjoyed her service many times over the last year and always liked her. She deserves a promotion for going above and beyond with a smile. I’m incredibly disappointed with Aloft North Westminster. I’ve stayed there multiple times and even produce events in the center in which they are located. I have multiple reservations made for the remainder of this year but am considering canceling all of them

Overall, it is an excellent place to stay. the staff is prompt and friendly and professional in demeanor and appearance. The only part of my stay I did not enjoy was the noise/sound proofing. I could hear everything going on in the hallway through the walls and door. Slamming doors all night because the doors don't have any kind of dampers on them. I just wish there was some investment in noise control. I'm lucky if I got three solid hours of sleep. Also, there was no soap anywhere to be found in the room.
