Great place, fully automated with the codes provided. Would be better if the codes were the last four of our phone number, other automated lifts do this. Communications with the management team was fast and they are very responsive to questions. The place was spacious, great location off the trails, over a bike shop, with a bar/grill across the street. Would recommend to others, and will return. Thanks!

Bella Vista MTB Convenience

I've stayed in 2 separate units in this property located above Phat Tire. They are brand new, spacious, and modern. A very convenient location for quick access to Little Sugar, Blowing Springs/Back 40, or connection to Bentonville via All-American or the Greenway (which is nearly extended to this location now). The loft management team has been excellent for check-in/check-out and you can't beat Seth and the Phat Tire crew right downstairs for any bike needs. Units are well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. We will absolutely be back.
