「Good experience」

「Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?」

「A “hot” breakfast should include eggs or sausage. Toast and “Premade” waffles in a regular toaster makes for a weak breakfast.」

「Will stay here again. Loved the apartment and the staff were nice. Only problem was only one elevator worked so we had to often take the stairs which was horrible.」
