「The guest laundry was dirty, needing to be swept and mopped. The appliances had been used to wash and dry pet bedding as the full lint trap and washer had dog hair in them. The soap/softener dispenser was moldy and dirty. 」

「2nd stay. From the outside you might avoid it— cinder block construction. The rooms however are VERY nice and clean. Staff is great and friendly. Our shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It was fixed on a Saturday. I think most hotels would jus t leave it forever but not here. Fixed. Would recommend for anyone going to Mid-Ohio. Great place.」

「This place was amazing. Very cute and quaint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast was delicious. Even bought a bottle of wine from their winery, delicious! Overall great stay, 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. 」

「We were staying and doing a cabinet install, lots of working type guests staying there also. Early to bed early to rise which was perfect for us. Bedding and food was great. The floor in our room was gummy and made your feet dirty. 」

「I don't know if they have handy capped rooms, was put on 3rd floor no elevator. But the clerk helped me to 3rd floor and offered more help. The next morning clerk also helpful. I will try to remember to book a handy capped room if available. All staff was extremely helpful to getting me up and down to 3rd floor.」

「Great new hotel in Mount Vernon/Gambier area. Easy access to food, shopping, colleges, etc. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, afternoon cookies. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful! 」
