「The hotel is very modern is centrally located near all activities, restaurants, etc. The underground parking is quite the experience as you access it via a lift! Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Laundry available, which was convenient. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. 「Beautiful hotel, amazing view of the lake, everyine working there was so friendly. My only issue was when booking through a 3rd party site you don't get acccess to the pool we were not told that upon checking in. We decided to go to the pool and used our key which didn't open it, the front desk told us there would be a $10 a day per person charge if we wanted to use the pool. The person checking us in should of mentioned it or it should be posted upon check in of the fee if not booked directly...
