Nice clean room. Only downfall was being upstairs with 3 noisy cars and young nen talking loudly. Noise really does carry.

This property was exceptional. Perfect palace to unwind and relax. Wish we had longer but was just an overnight stay. Supplied breakfast was substantial and very much appreciated. Highly recommend this Accomodation.

What a beautiful weekend in Benalla! 13 Smythe street is a very well appointed, comfortable, welcoming and beautifully presented property. There were loads of special touches through out the house that made our stay special. Janette was very helpful, kind, quick to respond and easy to talk with.
