We rent our apartment which is located in the super complex of La Cumbre Del Sol in Benitatchell in the South of Spain.
-2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single bed) + 1 double sofa bed (with real box spring)
-2 bathrooms: 1 with shower and the other with bathtub.
-2WC and a washing machine.
-Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, plancha, crunch machine, pan, all the necessary dishes and everything to make your life easier ... ect ect ..
-TV with French channels
-Terrace with magnificent mountain view
-possibility of litter service
-Air co

- Private pools for residents of the complex, secure, lifeguard in high season and very very well maintained ... this pool is located just in front of the apartment ..a 5M.

-Pépé la sale (small super market / local bakery and butcher), LIDL, ALDI, large local supermarkets, ect ... you find everything on site at very democratic prices .... 5 min from the apartment ...

- many great walks with fresh, local produce and souvenirs for everyone...

- you will find a la carte restaurants or with incredible menus at prices out of competition in each small town nearby.

Geographic location:
-the nearest beach is 2km away.
-The small town and the super port and beach of Moreira are 10 minutes away
-The beach and the wonderful sea wall of Javea at 20min
-The beautiful city of Denia is 30min away
-The madness of Benidorm at 30min.
-Alicante at 45min and Valence 1h15
- 3 hours by boat from Ibiza

-Walks, hikes, treks, ... for nature lovers and discovery of a magical little beach ... you will be amazed! With or without children because there are many choices in terms of distance and security.
- for lovers of 2 wheels ... the ribs will make you dream .. the elevations to n in addition finish preparing you to be in great shape !!!
-The Cumbre Del Sol reception center will be at your disposal to offer you lots of local activities and parties.

- Valence Airport at 1h15.
!!A car is essential on site because even if the apartment is very close to everything .. it has the immense comfort of calm and tranquility of being on the tip of the Cumbre Del Sol! ... car rental services are numerous and in each airport ... the prices are very very correct.

Brilliant holiday!

We had such a great holiday in this apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location of the apartment is so quiet and peaceful (without it feeling isolated at all). Contact with the owner was quick when when we had questions and check in/check out procedure was easy. The pool that the apartment has access to is perfect, it’s a beautiful space and never felt overly busy- we could always get a lounger and it was great for our 2 year old and 5 year old (perfect for older kids too). Took all of 30 seconds to walk to the pool. We are definitely going to try and book to stay here again :-)

2eme séjour chez Orazio. Tout était parfait comme la 1ere fois. Hôte super réactif. Appartement très bien équipé et propre. Super piscine ouverte de 8h à minuit. Vue magnifique de la terrasse sur la montagne. Possibilité de belle balade à pied avec de magnifiques points de vue !!

Un cadre magnifique

Super séjour dans un agréable appartement très bien équipé. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, idéal quand on part à plusieurs (nous étions un couple et une amie célibataire) . Orazio est très sympathique et très réactif en cas de problème. Le cadre est magnifique avec une super vue de la terrasse. Piscines à proximité. Bref nous garderons cette adresse précieusement pour d autres séjours dans cette magnifique région.

En pocas palabras, no volveré allí y no lo recomiendo. 3 días antes del viaje me comunico el propietario que hay que pagar por las sábanas 15 euros más -por persona, o traer las de casa toallas también.( Las almohadas estaban con manchas amarillas )No hay internet. El piso olía muy mal al entrar. Sin coche es imposible estar, todo es muy lejos. La piscina muy bien y las vistas de la terraza, eso si muy lindo .

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines super agréables. L’appartement est tout confort, très bien équipé et avec la clim, ce qui est bien appréciable. La literie est bonne. La piscine est à 30m, ma fille de 9 ans était aux anges! Le point de vue à partir de la terrasse est magnifique. C’est un appart parfait pour une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, chacun sa salle de bain et ses toilettes! Je recommande fortement!

Urlaub im Nirgendwo - mit unerfreulichen Nachwirkungen

Sollten Sie bereit sein, nach Ihren Urlaub mit weiteren Kosten zu rechnen, die nicht im Vertrag stehen und die Ihnen nach dem Urlaub in Rechnung gestellt werden und sind Sie bereit, Geld für die Reparatur der Mängel vorzulegen, weil Geräte in der Wohnung nicht funktionieren (Reparatur TV und Waschmaschine) und sind Sie einverstanden, wenn Sie vor Ort auf die Reparatur warten, können Sie da mieten. Wir haben drei Urlaubstage verloren. Wenn Sie Erholung und Ruhe suchen, ist die Lage ok. Anlage befindet sich auf einem nur für Ausländer gebaute Ferienanlage, ohne Auto ist man verloren, kein Café oder Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter zunächst grundsätzlich freundlich. Ändert sich, wenn er nicht berechtigte Geldforderungen verlangt.
