“Clean room, friendly staff, great rate, and great amenities. Would definitely stay again”

“We were looking for a hotel close to Pheasant Hollow Winery in order to attend one of their special events. We hit the jackpot with SureStay... it is only a couple minutes from the winery and is very clean, quiet and apparently efficiently run. We will definitely use in the future. ”

“The outside and lobby was clean. The young girl St the front desk was friendly and helpful. Th rooms were clean. The fridge was huge but looked a little rough on the outside but very clean on the inside. Beds weren’t too bad clean pillows soft. Bathroom has some tile broke sink was crewed to the wall. You can tell it wasn’t the original toilet that used to be in there didn’t match the spot on the floor and it moved when you sat firm on it. There was permanent stains on the tub But it was clean.……

“We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages! When checking out there was no one at the desk so we had to check out with the "kiosk……

“Brrakfast was not that great but the worst part was the shower only had luke warm water!”

“Fresh, hot breakfast , five stars for lady prepare it. Greeting and check supply in time. Very good meat! Will give overall five if empty condition on shower tub not happened.”

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“Tried two rooms, both smelled musty and it was clear the air conditioners were potentially blowing out mold. Breakfast did the job, and the gym area was nice.”

“Parking was convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Food was good. ”

“Wonderful breakfast! Not complimentary but plenty to choose from. Very convenient start to the day. ”

“Decent location, and was pet friendly. Other guests were extremely loud and staff never seemed to interfere. Fairly certain illegal activities were taking place. Stayed 5 days, my room was never cleaned and I never received more towels or toilet paper, or so much as a trash bag after my can became full. Also the room didnt have a microwave, nor a coffee pot. ”
